How long after training, that I can start wrestling on shows?

You will wrestle one of your trainers on a show when Troy and Mark feel you are ready for it. They decide when you are ready, even though you think you might be but we do that so no one gets seriously hurt.

How many days can I work out and what can I expect from training?

We are open Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 5pm to 10pm and if there are no shows, we are here on Saturday from 12pm to 5pm. You can expect things to be slow in the beginning, learning how to fall and your basics. Also expect to be very sore. Your neck and back muscles will be sore until you get used to running ropes and falling. The longer you train, the less and less you should feel with every passing week.

Do I have to have an athletic background?

No you dont need an athletic background, but it wouldnt hurt you either. Some people have an athletic background, but not all of us do. If anything, it would give you an edge because you are used to some kind of training, its just that this will be a little different than you are use to. With or without an athetic background, wrestling training will disciplane you and condtion your body in ways that you never worked it before.
