Here at The Dungeon you can and will learn everything about this great business, but before you do, let me tell you about our history.

    The Dungeon has been around since 1989, owned by Jimmy Deo and was called Deo's Dungeon.  Jimmy owned it up untill June of 1993 where Mark and Troy Mest took over the ownership.  Since Mark and Troy took over, many students have come and gone, only the ones with heart and determination are still in the business today.  Business was slow back in 1993, doing about 30 to 40 shows  a year.  Mark and Troy also did ring rentals, for promoters needing a ring for their show, Mark & Troy would travel up and down the east coast from Maine to Mississippi, out to Ohio.  As the years went by more and more promoters ran shows and wrestling boomed.  In 1998 alone Mark and Troy did 140 shows. 

Besides doing rentals, Mark and Troy trained people to become wrestlers, managers, valets, or referees.  The most famous name coming out of here would be the King of old school, Steve Corino.  As a matter of fact, Mark and Troy was Steves first match in the business, Steve teamed up with another student at that time. 

Today there are a couple trainers for the Dungeon.  Of course Mark and Troy are, but also, Captain Rick Adams is one, Jim Brannigan is the other.   These guys are all old school and will make sure you learn the fundimentals in wrestling, from basics, to bumps, to ring psychology.  There is over 50 years of experience between these guys.
